At your service…

One member of staff will be assigned to your project from the outline brief to the conclusion of your event. The role of your project leader is to give you advice, put you in contact with any of the technical or logistics specialists you might require, organize the staging of your event and be there to support you throughout its duration.

Two teams are at your disposal:

For conferences and conventions:

We also have a presence in Paris so that we are better equipped to respond to the projects of clients in the Paris region. Isabelle CADAS is responsible for this service on +33 (0)1 56 80 72 00

The final part of this structure is the on-site operations coordination team, led by Christian Pailler, operations supervisor for the Conference Centre.
Their mission: to ensure your project is managed with precision and also the flexibility to accommodate your last minute requests.
